Yes! In addition to the standard Mango Orange, Full-Term, Natural Scent pacifiers are also available in Blueberry Blue and Raspberry Pink. Preemie pacifiers are currently only produced in Lime Green.



Generally if your baby is home from the hospital, he or she is ready for the New Bigger Newborn Mango Orange GumDrop. You also can ask your nurses at the hospital which is the right size. For preemie babies, the Preemie size or the Newborn size could be right, depending on the size of your baby.



The biggest size is the New Bigger Newborn, Mango Orange color.



Pacifiers are regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, an agency of the U.S. government. GumDrop passes the required safety tests (Consumer Product Safety Commission Part 1511).



GumDrop has a natural nipple shape that helps avoid “nipple confusion.” The American Academy of Pediatrics published guidelines in November 2005 recommending pacifier use for all babies over 3 months of age to help reduce the incidence of SIDS.



Babies become accustomed to a pacifier so you may want to keep a few on hand in case some get lost. The GumDrop is specially designed to be light weight and with a natural nipple shape that babies love.



You should check all pacifiers frequently and if there is any sign of wear, especially in the nipple area, discard and replace. If your baby is teething or “gumming” the pacifier you may see bite marks or holes in the nipple area. If so, discard immediately. You can choose to stop using pacifiers, or replace with a new GumDrop and continue to examine frequently.



This does not mean the pacifier is too small. It is very common with GumDrops because of the low profile. The babies do this for comfort.



If your baby becomes big enough to fit the GumDrop all the way into the mouth, we recommend you stop using it.



There are a few ways to clean the pacifiers. Some parents put them in the dishwasher, some use a sterilizer, and some just use soap and water. All these methods are safe. Use whichever method you feel comfortable with.



The only difference is a light Vanilla scent. Professional literature suggests vanilla scent might be soothing to babies.



Based on feedback from parents, the scent could last up to 6 months.

The GumDrop is not sold in retail stores at this time.



Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) web and fax orders placed by 5pm PST are normally processed on the business day following receipt of your order. For orders received after 5 pm, and for orders received on holidays and weekends, we try to process and ship orders on the next business day. At high volume times it could take up to three business days for your order to ship and ask that you keep this in mind when calculating how long it will take for your order to be received.



We ship via different carriers depending on the location and size of order. Most orders are sent via U.S. Mail (USPS) and UPS. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. We use USPS for two-day orders, and DHL or Federal Express (and in some cases USPS) for overnight orders. If you would prefer UPS, please make sure you select that option when checking out. USPS Priority mail is not guaranteed for two day delivery.



Delivery time could take 7 to 10 business days, depending on where you live. During the holiday season, USPS might take longer than usual. UPS Home Delivery, two day and overnight delivery costs and times depend on where you live. The shipping costs are calculated when you are placing your order by phone or on the web.



We do ship to Canada and most other countries. Due to recent problems we have had with being unable to track orders sent via First Class mail out of the United States, we now only offer USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail shipping out of the country. All UPS shipping methods are still available.



Sometimes natural or vanilla scented GumDrops are on backorder when demand exceeds our supply. If you need GumDrops right away, usually one version (natural or vanilla) is available for immediate shipping.

Once you receive your order confirmation email, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.



Unopened GumDrops can be returned. Please make sure that you include your original invoice number and that you ship your pacifiers back to us using a method that can be tracked, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are not sent to us via a confirmed delivery method. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless there was a mistake made on your order, in which case the entire cost of your order including shipping and handling will be refunded to you. Under no circumstances can opened pacifiers be returned for credit. We also do not accept clothing back for return credit.

Unopened pacifiers can be exchanged within thirty days of purchase. Please enclose an exchange fee of $5.00 to cover shipping and handling when sending back the pacifiers you would like to exchange. The pacifiers should be returned to us at:

Any issues with your order (missing merchandise, incorrect color received, etc.) must be reported within thirty days of invoice date. Send an email to orders@gumdroppacifiers.com with the issue and we will work with you to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.



We do ship to Canada and most other countries. Orders shipped to Canada are sent via USPS or UPS. If you select First Class shipping, your order will be sent via the United States Postal System and cannot be tracked. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages if you choose this as your shipping option to Canada or any other international destination. Orders sent via UPS do have tracking available; however, UPS does charge duty charges that are the responsibility of the customer and not GumDrop Pacifiers. This is also true of any duty or or tax imposed by your home country postal service as well.
