Anyone using your baby's pacifier candy?

I have a 4 months that has recently begun to sweet pacifier 6 + meals night, my breasts need a break Anyway for me the Paci seems small for my large baby and was wondering if anyone else found this? I that the rubber comes only in the size of the newborn premature? Someone needs to change? (I chose the sweet because its BPA free) Thanks for your help
